2. Your statutory rights (Ireland and EU)
As a consumer in Ireland (and the European Union), you have legal rights that are not affected by this policy. In particular:
- Right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract: Under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in Irish law, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission or any other clear statement. If you request we begin services during the withdrawal period, you may lose your right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed.
- Conformity and remedies: Goods must conform to the contract. If they do not, you have rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (and previous sale of goods law) and EU Directive 1999/44/EC. These rights are in addition to the 14-day withdrawal right above.
This Return Policy explains how we apply these rights in practice and our procedures for returns and refunds.
3. 14-day right to return (withdrawal)
You may cancel your order and return the product(s) within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. You do not need to give a reason. To do so:
- Notify us within the 14-day period that you wish to withdraw. You can contact us by email at help@wraxylonglix.world or by post at the address above. Please include your order reference and name.
- Send the product(s) back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or we have failed to inform you that you must bear such costs.
We will refund you within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or (if earlier) from the day you provide proof that you have sent them back. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
Condition of returned goods: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (e.g. opening a sealed bottle may reduce the value; we will only deduct an amount corresponding to that diminished value if permitted by law). We will inform you if we intend to make any deduction and the amount.
4. Returns due to fault or non-conformity
If the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or does not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong product, defective packaging affecting the product), please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to send photos or a short description. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and in line with your statutory rights. We will not require you to pay for the cost of returning faulty or non-conforming goods. Refunds will be made within the timeframes required by law.
5. How to send a return
When you contact us to withdraw or to report a fault, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a returns address. Please:
- Pack the product securely so it is not damaged in transit.
- Include your name, order reference and (if applicable) reason for return.
- Use a traceable method of post/courier if possible so you can prove you sent the goods.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods in transit until they reach us. If you are returning under the 14-day withdrawal right, you are responsible for the cost of return unless we have agreed to bear it or we failed to inform you that you must bear it.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be made to the same payment method you used for the original order, unless we have agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund. The time limit for us to process the refund is as set out in section 3 above (for withdrawal) or as required by law (for non-conformity). If you paid by card, the refund may take a few additional days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product or quantity, you may return the original order in accordance with this policy and place a new order. We will process your refund once we have received and checked the returned goods.
8. Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons
Your right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened capsules or bottles). In such cases we will inform you before or at the time of order if the right of withdrawal does not apply, or we may allow returns only if the product is unopened. If you are in doubt, contact us before opening the product.

10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Changes apply from the date they are posted. Your statutory rights are not affected. For orders already placed, the version of the policy in effect at the time of your order will apply unless a later version is more favourable to you.
