We offer Nutravelle and any other products displayed on the website. Product descriptions, images and prices are correct at the time of publication to the best of our knowledge. We do not warrant that product descriptions, images or other content are error-free, complete or current. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information and modify the range of products. Packaging may vary from images shown. Weight, volume and dimensions are approximate. Products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. You should read the product label and use only as directed. If you have a medical condition or take medication, consult your doctor before use.

5. Orders and formation of contract

When you submit an order via the website, you are making an offer to buy the product(s) on these Terms. We are not obliged to accept every order. We may refuse or limit orders (e.g. in case of suspected fraud, error in pricing or stock limitations). A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order (e.g. by email or by dispatching the product). If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you (or we will refund any payment already taken). You must provide accurate and complete contact and delivery details. Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges (if any) will be shown before you confirm the order. We may offer free delivery above a certain order value as stated on the website. Payment is due as specified at checkout. We use secure payment methods; payment details are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable payment regulations. Delivery times and methods are indicative; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Risk and title in the products pass to you on delivery (or when you or your representative take physical possession, whichever is earlier).

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Irish law. Subject to that:

  • Our total liability to you in respect of any order or use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant order in the twelve months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disaster, pandemic, war, embargo, labour dispute, failure of suppliers or carriers).

You use the website and any product at your own risk. We do not give any warranty except as required by law (e.g. statutory rights under consumer law in Ireland).

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor. You may not assign your rights without our written consent. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Return Policy where referenced) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website and orders.

Your continued use of the website or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
